  1. Short: 724x482 Real3D V2 raytrace. Topographic bumpmapped earth

  6. Shows a sphere color mapped with a topographic map of the earth with
  7. the usual colors (shades of blue for below Zero, green, yellowish to
  8. brown for increasing heights) and bump mapped using a greyscale image
  9. of the same data. To add a little ambience I added a second sphere
  10. with turbidity to simulate a (way too thick!) atmosphere. This image
  11. is not meant to look like the earth in space, but I like it anyway.
